Job Description ​
  • Lead Event Coordinator for Teaching Assistant Institute 
  • Assist with large and small events, including material preparation, on-site registration, set-up and tear down, transport supplies, refreshment coordination, work with publicity
  • Knowledge to produce a successful event, how to create event timelines, budgets and records
  • Additional duties include: office support, general clerical duties, taking inventory and maintaining a running list of all equipment for CTE
  • Training on TAMU & CTE programs, policies, and procedures 
  • Support upcoming events: Teaching Assistant Institute, Transformational Teaching and Learning Conference, Montague Scholar Luncheon and Aggies Celebrate Teaching!
Requirements & Qualifications ​

I helped to assist attendees of our events check in and register for workshops and TAI.

We went on a site tour to The Gardens to see if we could use this space for future events with the Center for Teaching Excellence.
