At City of College Station Senior Games, I helped with refereeing the pickle ball games. I reffed 4 games of senior citizens playing pickle ball. The purpose of the event is to ensure that seniors are continuing to stay active!

I learned how important is to tell your volunteers what they are suppose to be doing. I had absolutely no clue how to ref pickle ball, which upset quite a few attendees. In the future, I believe that the College Station Parks & Rec should have a volunteer orientation.

The purpose of this event is for senior citizens to come together  and compete in a fun tournament put on by the City of College Station Parks & Rec.
