At the You Are Conference,I primarily helped out in the hospitality section of the event. I helped out the day before the event started so we prepared for the conference by decorating and organizing table arrangements, putting together goodie bags for guest attendees and focusing on set up of the entire event.

I learned how important it is to use your volunteers in multiple capacities and be prepared for what you want them to do. The event coordinators at this event had multiple stations of things ready for us to do in order to get everything done in a fast and timely manner. 

The purpose of this event is to bring women of different generations and demographics together under the name of Jesus Christ.
